These terms cover use of maikosakai.com and purchases or redemptions of our self-guided digital resources. Digital products and delivery

Please review the product description before purchasing. Prices and any applicable charges are shown before payment. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in US dollars.

From Blank to Brilliant is a self-guided PDF workbook for developing and evaluating quiz ideas. It does not include a complete quiz funnel build, software, individualized feedback, or consulting unless expressly included in the offer.

After checkout, follow the instructions to request your workbook delivery email. You may need to confirm your email address before downloading the PDF. You are responsible for supplying an accurate email address and having suitable software to open the file. For missing emails, broken links, or download problems, contact us at the email above.

Refunds

All digital-product sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, except where required by applicable law. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, payment errors, or access problems so we can investigate and resolve them.

This policy does not limit mandatory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content, or statutory cancellation rights that have not been validly waived. Downloading a product does not, by itself, establish that those rights have been waived.
